Use SEO Elite to Rank #1 on Google

How To Skyrocket Past The #1 Ranked Website On Google For our example term Diet Information ... see previous posts.

Now that we've analyzed the top ranked website in our niche (www.chasefreedom.com), we need to do the necessary things to outrank them. As I taught you earlier, it's not the onpage optimization factors that will give you the biggest change in ranking.

Remember, onpage factors include:

* Page Title
* Header tags
* alt tags
* meta tags
* bolding, italicyzing, and underlining
* Placing keyword in the correct position on the page

While onpage optimization is still something you should do, it's NOT what will get you high search engine rankings. It's the offpage optimization factors that will.

* Who links to you and how they do it

Copy the linking strategy of www.chasefreedom.com

Now that we know who links to www.chasefreedom.com (The #1 ranked website for the keyword - Diet Information) and how they're doing it, we can begin to copy what they're doing.

The goal here is to contact the websites that link to www.chasefreedom.com and copy the exact linking strategy they're using to get a #1 ranking.

So, how the heck are we going to get hundreds of links pointing to our website, let alone contact all the websites that link to www.chasefreedom.com and get them to link to us?

Now, you could just visit them all manually and ...

* Search for their contact information.
* Open up your email program.
* Write out an email to this website and send it off to them.
* Then do this another 500+ times.

Or you could do this ....

* Open up SEO Elite
* Select Radio button 2
* Select to find link partners by competitor's URL.
* Enter www.chasefreedom.com into the textbox
* Select Google from the search engine list
* Click Ok

View the Report View Tab

You'll now need to click over to the report view tab. You'll notice that there are two frames located on this screen.

The top frame lists:

* All of the websites that link to www.chasefreedom.com.
* The contact information for the website.
* The number of times you've emailed them. (This is good to know, because emailing the same website multiple times can upset some webmasters.)
* Plus, several other important columns...

The allows you to:

* Create as many email templates as you wish. This way, you only have to write the link request email once!
* Creat custom links pages containing the websites you're going to send link request emails to.
Note: It's always best to add their link to your website before you ask them to link to yours. You'll get a much better response this way. SEO Elite allows you to add everyone's link to your website with a single click of a button. It's all automated!
* Blast out emails to thousands of websites at once!

To email more than 1 website at a time, simply click the row in the top frame and it will add the website to your email list. You can literally add thousands of websites to you email list!

From then, all you'll need to do is click "ok" and BAM!

You've just contacted 1,000+ websites at once!

Now, all you have to do is sit back and wait for them to email you back, stating that they've added your link to their website.

You have total control over who links to you and how they do it! BY contacting all of the websites that link to a top ranked website, you'll have a good chance at a good majority of those sites linking to you also. If your linking strategy is similar to the top ranked site, chances are, you'll ALSO have a top ranking!

Link Request template

Here's an example link request email that typically works pretty well:

Hello my name is John Smith. I am seeking out possible link partners that our
visitors would be interesting in visiting. I've found your website to be a very good fit for our visitors. I have already gone ahead and added your link to our website at: http://www.domain.com/TheLinksPageCreatedBySEOElite.htm

I am contacting you to see if it is ok to have done so. Also, I would like to ask if
you mind linking back to us? If so, please use the linking details below and send
me the location of our link on your website.

Here is our linking details:
Title: (This is the keyword we want to target)
Description: Description here...
URL: http://www.domain.com

We've got several PR6 and 7 websites, so we expect this site to become atleast a
PR5 within 1 month and will eventually become a 6 or 7 in 2-3 months.

I hope this can be a way for us to benefit our visitors with excellent content. Hope
to hear from you soon.

John Smith
www.domain.com

If you do this several times, over the course of a month, I can guarantee you'll rank VERY well for nearly any search term, period. It works, and it works extremely well.

Stay tuned for the next lesson, It's a Doozy!

How to Choose Keywords to Theme Your Pages and Boost Your Traffic
By Andrew Williams

One of the most frequent questions I get asked is in the choice of keywords for a new site, specifically secondary keywords.. These are the words or phrases that you use when writing your content to help theme the page so that the search engines know what your page is about. These secondary keywords also help to bring in more traffic, because they add more depth to your page, meaning that your page is found for a lot more phrases than just the primary phrase you page is built around.

Let's look at an example.

Suppose you were building a niche site on hemorrhoids.

One of your main pages is likely to be about treating hemorrhoids. Let's use "hemorrhoid treatment" as our primary keyword phrase for this page (it has high searches, but also high competition, so secondaries are going to be working hard to get this page ranking high for related phrases).

So how do you find secondary keywords for use on this page? Surely there cant be many possible secondaries? More...

It's All About Keywords
By Mike D Smith

The most critical aspect of your online home based business is the proper use and management of Keywords in your websites. Prospective clients will never find you in their search engine searches if you do not use the keywords they are using. When you key in on the appropriate keywords and optimize them in your website and marketing strategy, the search engines will act like interstate highways bringing traffic to your site, which will translate into more sales.

One error that many website design companies fail to bring to your attention is the synchronized use of one or two of your primary keywords in your website address or URL, website title, and the meta tag website description. Repeated placement of your primary keywords in these locations will land you very high on the search engine searches which is where your clients will find you to purchase your product. Please do not confuse repeated placement with blatant spamming of the search engines with a blatant repetition of a limited number of keywords throughout your website title and meta description of your site.

Here are a couple quick tools to use to discover what keywords you need to use. The first tool is offered by Yahoo. http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ Simply type in a possible keyword or phrase to see how many people used that word or phrase in their search with Yahoo in the prior month. If you hit on a keyword or keyword phrase with a monthly ranking with 15,000 hits or more, you have found a solid keyword. This tool only measures the traffic to overture, yahoo. It does not measure the keyword searches on other search engines. More...

Keyword Lists in Seconds
by Sanjay Thakur

Everybody would love to make lots of money quickly, working from home, and only doing a few hours of work per week. I've spent the past two years trying to find a great way of doing this. Only over the course of the past few months have I found any "get rich quick" programs worth buying. I've been trying to make money online for a long time. I had a few small websites, but they never made much more than a few hundred per month. It was easy money and didn't require much work on my part, but I knew there were people out there doing better than I was and I knew I could do as well as them.

Now, I've seen a lot of "get rich quick" programs. Most of these people make claims about earning $2000/day with Google or something similarly insane. Almost all of these people are complete liars. Even if they were making $2000/day with Google AdSense, it'd be because they had high- traffic websites with a lot of quality content. I'd know, because in one whole month, I never even made half of what they promised I'd make daily with their programs. Maybe you've already been scammed by one of these fraudsters. Anyway, I finally got sick of what was being offered. I decided I'd look through the all of the "get rich quick" programs I could find and see if there were any that were actually legitimate. I found that there were owners selling their programs for well over $100, but the information in them could be found almost anywhere online for free. Additionally, they all contained out-of-date information, had no e-mail support, no money back guarantees, and broken links in the downloads section. In conclusion, almost all of the programs I found were completely useless.

Keyword Mistakes, Tips and Strategies

Keyword Mistakes and How I Learned From Them
Dan Theta

Top ranking search engine position is something that everyone
with a website desires. It is something that relatively few
people achieve however. The people who are smart enough to get
their site on the first page of Google definitely did their
homework when it came to search engine optimization. A lot of
researching, experimentation, and trial and error come into
play.

When I first started search engine optimizing my site I didn't
really know what I was doing. To me all I knew was "pick some
keywords, and optimize my site for them", and that was that.
Since then I've learned a lot, but I know I still have a lot of
learning to do. One big mistake I made because I was a complete
novice in SEO was: More

Tips About Seo Keyword Density
Chris Angus

One of the main keys to search engine optimization is keyword density. This refers to the number of searchable keywords and keyword phrases that you are on your web pages. Keywords are vital to achieving a high page ranking. If there aren't any keywords on your pages to find for the search engines to index, there is literally nothing to find in the search engine results pages (also known as SERPs).

One of the most common mistakes that new entrepreneurs make when they are first starting a small start up ecommerce site is to only submit keywords to the search engines. They either forget or just don't realize that those keywords also have to be placed somewhere in the text of the site or the search engines just won't have anything to "hook" onto when someone uses one of your keywords to do a search. So do make sure that whatever you do the same keywords you are using out of context to promote your site are also used in-content inside your site. More

SEO - How To Think Like Your Customers To Find Keywords
Chris Angus

You can use a thesaurus (either online or offline) to come up with keywords for your search optimization efforts or you can think like your customers. Your first step to thinking like your customers is to write out a short description of your business for your own use. Come up with a two-line description and then a way of describing it in less than five words. These are phrases that will come in handy for you later no whether you are using Adsense, submitting descriptions of article directories or entering descriptive phrases into URL submission programs. A good web based thesaurus is Roget's Internet Thesaurus.

When writing the two descriptions of your business as described above be sure to include a concise description of what exactly it is you do. Think of exactly what it is that makes your business unique or different in its objectives than your competition and include those words and phrases. Then expand that list to include one to five word descriptions of everything that you do or sell on your website. This is an incredibly effective way to create keyword combinations that can drive targeted traffic (meaning traffic that is looking to buy, not just window shop). More

Are Good Keyword Articles and Good Non-Keyword Articles Judged by the Same Standards?

by michelle strait

There's a huge difference between good articles and good keyword articles. They really aren't the same thing. If you can understand the differences, then you'll understand why many internet marketers and webmasters expect writers to work so cheaply.

Keyword Density: More Important than Quality?

I had a client who didn't really care what I wrote. Keyword density was his top-priority. He didn't tell me this beforehand, and I had never written a keyword article. I spent hours polishing the articles until they were as close to perfect as possible. The client said the articles were professional and well-written, but didn't contain enough keywords.

I explained that to add more keywords would ruin the articles. After all, the article had to make sense and be enjoyable to read. The client didn't agree. He placed additional keywords where he thought they belonged. I was horrified, and thought the articles were terrible. But the client was pleased. Turns out we had two completely different ideas about what made a good article.

To most writers, articles should be of high-quality. Think of articles like those in consumer magazines or on websites like Salon. Good-quality articles require researching, writing, editing, rewriting, and proofreading. It can take days, or even weeks, to complete articles of this quality. So when writers are asked to provide original, well-researched 500-word articles for $4, most think the request is insane.

On the other hand, internet marketers and webmasters usually don't judge articles by the same standards. Keyword articles are designed for search engine placement. Many keyword articles are truly terrible, and not fit to be read by anyone. But they're also not created to win writing awards or critical acclaim.

Keyword Articles Are Often Quick to Write

Some writers who specialize in keyword articles say they need 30 minutes or less to complete a piece. I've never been that fast, but plenty of writers are. If an article takes little time to complete, then it's really no big deal to set a low price. It's also a question of what can be done with the articles.

A keyword article that sells for $8, and is resold 20 times at the same rate, makes a $168 profit. Not too bad for 30 minutes worth of work. The resale value of the article makes the $8 worth the time and effort. However, when a client requests exclusive rights to original content, they should pay a much higher fee. The article can't be resold, so a fair price is necessary.

I hope this article has shed some light on the differences between keyword articles and general articles. As a professional writer, it disturbs me to see bad writing skills encouraged. But, I also realize that not all writing is created equal. Some articles are worth .25 cents per word, while others are worth .01 cents per word. Everything depends on the complexity of the article, the writer's skill, and the type of writing desired.
